To be able to import clients to your Virtuagym portal, you need to use a template file which is sent to you by your onboarding consultant. If you haven't received it, you can contact email@example.com
It is important to follow the examples and format specified in the file to make sure we are able to import all your client's data.
Tips and information for filling in the template correctly:
- No client should share their email address with another client as to log into their profile they will need a unique email.
- If the clients are not your current members, mark them as Inactive.
- Follow the instructions given in the template to avoid any delays in the process.
The process can take up to 2 weeks, therefore make sure you provide all the correct and complete data as soon as possible.
