Login to your web portal and select ‘nutrition’ from the list.
Click on the Nutrition Diary to go to your daily food and calorie tracker.
Click on “Add Food” under the relevant category, i.e breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.
Find food and drinks you want to add to your Nutrition Diary. If you see the word ‘validated’ next to an item, this means that it was checked by a nutritional expert. You can also click on “Details” to go to the product page and see the detailed nutritional information.
Once you've found the product you're looking for you are able to choose from a variety of units, making it easier for you to select the amount consumed.
