When you have an iOS device, you are able to track your progress through the Food app. In the menu, you have a button called "progress" where you are able to track values like weight, BMI and other measurements.
If you are using an Android device, you will need to add your progress in our Fitness app, that can be downloaded here. Here, you can track your progress like weight, BMI and many other measurements. Next to that, you are also able to track your training, find new workouts and enter in challenges.
We are working on adding the progress function to the Android Food app, but for now you will need to use our Virtuagym app for this!
