Why can't I access the "download as SEPA" option?

When you are using our direct debit system, you will need to create SEPA downloads to upload to your bank.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the financial app.

2. Select the filters "outstanding" and "direct debit" at the top right

3. Select the invoices you want to use in the SEPA download

4. Go to options and choose "download as SEPA".

Please note that you will only be able to download a SEPA file when you have choosen the filters stated above.
