With the mobile nutrition app you can create a nutrition plan. When you have downloaded the nutrition app, you can choose to create a new plan. First, enter your personal information, such as gender, age, height and weight.
Then you will need to fill out some information about your lifestyle. How many hours do you sleep per night, what kind of work you do and how active you are in your free time. Note: excluding daily exercise. Also you can set your personal goal, you can choose between lose weight, maintain weight, or gain weight.
Then you can specify the plan you want to follow, you can choose between durable, low carb (PRO) and high protein (PRO). When you choose one of these three plans and you click on 'Create plan', you will be redirected to your nutrition plan.
