Where can I change my email and/or password?

You only need two things to access your Virtuagym account: an email address and a password. For whatever reason, you might need to change that information.

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new password on the login page (see image below). You will receive an email and can follow a link to create a new password. Please check your SPAM folder in your email inbox as well.

When you are no longer able to access your email and do not remember you password, please send an email to support@virtuagym.com.

If you can still access your account but just want to change your email or password for whatever reason, you can do so in your account settings. Go to the top right of the screen, click the menu open next to your name and in account settings, go to email and password. As soon as you've changed this, you will receive a confirmation email on your (new) email address.
