There is an option in the system for you to easily switch a client’s account to a staff account or the other way around, without having to create and use a separate account.
As an employee/client, you have different privileges and restrictions, it may be important to switch to customer or employee ASAP.
All you need to do is:
- Go to the Clients and staff module.
- Click on the Client Overview or Staff Overview depending on where the user is located.
- Click on the user's profile.
- Click on Change to Client, or Change to staff.
All data that is in the account of the client or the staff member will remain unchanged and you would just need to assign the correct privileges to your new staff member. You can read about it in this article.
