Workouts | Printing and saving your Workout plan

These days everything can be found online. It's a digital world. But sometimes, some people would rather use a piece of paper instead of a smartphone.

If you have clients that prefer to work with a pen and paper, you're in luck! When you have created or assigned a workout plan, you can print it out in two different layouts, compact and extensive.

The workout plan will be styled according to your club, so it will have your company color and logo on it to make it seem like your personal workout plan.

To print a plan, just go to the workout app and choose the plan you want to print out. Click on "edit" and choose print on the bottom left of your screen. Here you will be able to choose a compact or extensive version, whichever your client prefers!

Next to that, you are able to choose to print every day on a different page, to print the exercise instructions or maybe print your plan in large letters.

If you want to print out a specific day, add the plan to the client's activity calendar, go in the calendar and choose the day. Choose the option "print" in the top right of your screen.

Below I will explain how to print or save a plan using 4 different browsers:

Internet Explorer
When you click on print, a new tab will open in the browser. Here, you will have the option to immediately print the plan. To make sure the lines around the page are invisible, cancel the print option and click on the settings at the top right of the screen and choose "print>print preview". Here you will be able to take off the header by unclicking the header option at the top left of the screen.
To save the plan, click on print at the top left of the screen and choose Microsoft XPS Document Writer. Click on print and save the file in XPS. This is the same kind of file as a PDF file.

Safari
When you click on print, you will be able to print the plan immediately. To make sure the headers are not printed, click on "more details" and untick the box "print header and footer".
To save the plan, choose save as PDF at the bottom left of the screen.
