The purpose of our nutrition plan and diary, is that you are made aware of what certain nutrition is doing for you.
In the nutrition plan, you indicate what your goal is with your nutrition and based on your personal data a daily need of calories, fats, carbs and proteins will be created for you. Based on this, you can start entering your food.
When you enter a Big Mac, you will see the progress bars will all go up pretty intensly. So now you'll know that if you eat a Big Mac, it'll limit you in what you can eat in a day. Whereas if you enter a bowl of oatmeal, you'll see it's much more nutritious and lower on calories.
In this way, we want to make you more aware of what you are putting into your body so you can make your own choices in what to eat, instead of us prescribing you a diet with food you might not want/like to eat. Of course, you can always use diets from other suppliers, but make sure these diets are professionaly made, to ensure your nutrition stays healthy and nutricious.
