Clients & Staff | Staff Privileges

For every staff member, you are able to decide what kind of access they get to your system. You do this by giving your staff members 'privileges'. You can manage your employee privileges in the Clients & Staff app when adding or editing a staff member.

The type of access your employee has in the system is dependant on the privilege you assign them.

For example, if you have an accountant and you would like to give them access to your financial information, check 'Financial'. 

To view what the privilege allows your staff member to do, simply click the 'i' icon.
