Clients & Staff | Can my clients be contacted in multiple languages?

The system allows you to communicate with your clients in various languages. You may be an international business and therefore need your client communications to be multi-lingual.

In the client's profile, you can specify which language the customer wants to receive e-mails.

Please note that you will need to add required languages to your portal first in your Business Settings under Business Info.
