Are you a staff member in the portal but you can’t post, edit or delete messages in the community?
It could be that one or both conditions that are needed to be able to do this are missing:
- First, you will need to join the community group so you can access all the messages.
- As a staff member, you also need to have the right privileges to post messages on the community board. You can see all the different privileges when you add/edit a staff account:
Only as Club Manager and Marketing Manager you will be able to delete/edit community messages.
